An intervention always consists of a message and a response option for the client. Depending on which response option the client chooses, the intervention continues with an assigned follow-up message. After a message the client can react on in by the options provided in the phone’s keyboard. You can define these by choosing one of our keyboards (free text, small or large buttons, etc.).
