Connect intervention messages with each other

An interventions is one content unit your clients are doing in there app. Depending on the client’s reaction in the chat the interventions can go different ways. To do so, you can select a follow-up message for the response option the client has chosen.

A simple example: If you ask the question how the client feels today, he/she should get a different follow-up message for a thumbs up or thumbs down, so that his/her specific needs are addressed and he/she is provided with the right content for the selected reaction.
